Yes it is on fastboot ( vol- & power for 10 sec ) ,,

I downloaded the driver but when double click for installation it asked : do you want to replace the driver ?

i think this means it is installed allready ?!

Can I point something obvious out if you root your phone it voids the warranty!

Also you need to hold it the volume key down for longer like 30 seconds.

It does :(. However if you remove the traces of it, for example if you run an update.app and you can also make a nandroid or backup in your recovery and then root. If you want to unroot, just restore the backup.

Well this is true ... but "Android system recovery <e3>" does not has an option for backup !

I tried to install CWM recovery in diffrent ways but i failed ! & I wonder if one of you guys can help me to do that by live communication over an internet messenger or any another way ??

That's the stock recovery.

Explain exactly how you tried to install it and what errors you got and people might be able to help.

Also clarify what ROM you are now on, if you have rooted, unlocked the bootloader (officially or unofficially) etc.
