Guest TangerineTractor Posted September 13, 2013 Report Posted September 13, 2013 (edited) Bumping this, as it's currently my daily driver - and I have tried every rom out there, and continue to do so when a new version is release - but this is just a good clean stock rom with minor tweaks - install it, stick on rom toolbox or something similar to get rid of any system apps you don't want, install your preferred launcher, apps etc, and you have a clean, stable, fast, battery friendly rom. The only thing you really need to do is get into the build.prop to change ro hwremind enable wifi to false to stop the nag when you come off wifi. Flash this rom, install everythig. Make a twrp backup, and then when any new rom comes along, blast it, try it, and then you've got this as a good stable rom to restore to when you find it has too many bugs/poor battery etc. Edited September 13, 2013 by TangerineTractor

If I modify the file build. Prop with text editor, save and reboot phone it will turn off this notification?
Guest TangerineTractor Posted September 16, 2013 Report Posted September 16, 2013 Yes. Id suggest downloading rom toolbox and managing it through that... much neater and easier
Guest ShockeyCzT Posted September 19, 2013 Report Posted September 19, 2013 new version is out all bugs is fixed now all work perfect

Guest Bob@Desire Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 Is it possible to change the battery(-circle) icon?
Guest TangerineTractor Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 The best bet for changing battery icons is to use ROM Toolbox - but make sure you use its backup function to save your existing one.The big problem is that the stock roms don;t have inbuilt 1% battery icon steps, so any new icons you flash will just replace the existing icons, and therefore any icons with numeric ndicators in them will just irritate, as they'll show 100, 78, 63 or something... the best thing to do if you want figures is to change the build prop to show battery percentage on the status bar. The other issue with changing battery icons is that they always seem to miss something, usually the fully charged/100% icon or something, so you get non-complete changed icons. Personally, I've given up and stick with the stock battery icon and the percentage text.
Guest ZolaIII Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 Is it possible to change the battery(-circle) icon? Yes it is! Use Rom Toolbox!
