This is a topic for Y300/G510 CM10.1 to extend Kra1o5's topic. The project aim to get fully working CyanogenMod 10.1 on our device .

The rom was made for G510-0100 , but flashable on Y300 too. It has NO dualsim support.

This rom has some extra options enabled :

- Pie-Control
To remove software keys
in settings -> system enable expanded desktop with statusbar.
In settings -> system enable pie-control
press the power button and in power menu enable expanded desktop .

- Dualmic is on by default as on stock rom 
Can be switched off by editing build.prop .
In file explorer (running in root mode) edit /system/build.prop
change this line ro.config.dualmic=true
to this ro.config.dualmic=false.
save the file
restart the phone
You can change it by editing this line in build.prop anytime without reinstalling the rom.

- Multiuser mode enabled
The normal phone services can be used by only one user , so in case of incoming call it is possible that you need to change the logged in user.

Woohoo! I'll be flashing this new version to my Y300-0151 momentarily!

I've been running your previous build for just 1 day and it's awesome except for 1 bug :(

Whenever I actively use the phone (browsing, emailing, texting) for more than about 20 minutes continuously it seems to suddenly reboot. Seems like it might be a memory issue or temperature issue.

Next time it happens I'll see if I can grab logs or anything.

edit: So far so good, no crashes on the 9/15 build. Great rom, so much less annoying than stock.

Any bugs on Y300 that doesn't written in the OP? The screen is also colorless with this rom, right?

I dont like the stock droid one bit >_>;;; I've done a lot on this.. 2 hours worth modification.. no, titanium backup has its limits..

the only real issue I have with this is the battery life which isnt TOO bad.. but I dont wanna move for a modest improvement.. can someone whos flashing this test the drain rate?

I didn't try this latest build but I can say that all your previous releases had a problem with NFC while trying to read passive tags. I can't test Android Beam which you say is working ok because I don't have a second device with NFC but I can assure you that tag reading is not working. Perhaps it is some service that is not booting or some misconfiguration. I tried with several apps but no joy.

Hi !

This build has an imported apk from stock rom (SmartcardService.apk) which can solve this problem.

Please give me some instruction how to test this problem. I only used nfc for beam between my phones and that function is working so the nfc chip should work. It is possible that something is missing for passive tag reading , so please let me know how to test.

The attached picture is saying tap to beam on my g510 .

The colors are bit milky but much better than before. The video playing bit buggy. Anyway this ROM is stable enough for a daily driver.

DLNA doesn't work.

On my Y300 the screen is near perfect, not milky or colorless, bugs are only those in OP, plus camera rebbot after 5-6 photos, I'll try other camera app.

I tried your latest build (20130915), was better than the ones before. I know, you have probably other priorities now, but maybe later you can also look at FM radio (please add it to non-working list).

I'm a bit confused about Cell broadcast, pushing messages to me even if I disabled it in settings (I would say, setting don't work here). Only solution to shut it up was to uninstall it completely :)

Another thing not yet working is HW acceleration for videos.

I would say battery was OK in deep sleep (no siginificant drain), but comparing to the stock, quite high consuming when using the phone. I was also confused by % shown - one hour on PC cable and using (playing with settings, installing apps, WIFI) - all the time it was showing charging and 81%, disconnected from PC, stopped charging, immediate drop to 70%, then 70% shown after 6 hours sleep and after 5 minutes of usage it dropped to 50%...

I'm having G510-0200. Is NFC process, that is running somehow impacting performance or battery, if NFC isn't present in the phone?

The ONLY FM solution for CM is Spirit. To get it working on these devices, it's dev needs to modify if, and he will only do that if there is enough interest/purchases. There is no point in asking the CM developers about FM support.

Hi, I hava question. The title says its CM 10.1. So is that mean its based on android 4.2.2 because as per CM official website all builds of 10 is android 4.1, 10.1 is of 4.2 and 10.2 is of 4.3. And Can I solve the camera problem with any third party app?? And also is the video playback is working??

It is Android 4.2.2 as the title says it is cm10.1. Video playback is working , video recording is not.

Thanx. I will try this today later on! Just a last quarry, Is the video recording issue can be solved by using any other camera app, like MIUI camera or moto camera or any other from play store??
