First impressions of this - VERY fast. Seems faster than anything else I've tried so far. Wiped, flashed and flashed Super-SU straight after before rebooting, got full root no problem. Stripped out all the Huawei bloat and installed nova. Blazing. Be very interesting when some of the experts on here give it a tweak. So far it's a keeper for me.

Its as close as you`ll get to it - it`s a stock rom repacked to be flashable through twrp/cwm.

Just flashed on my y300 with b174 stock. Now it si faster smoother and more free RAM! Works Like a charm, thanks for sharing this!

At first boot i had a system update notification, push service update or something like it..only few kbytes, downloaded and installed with no problems, im italian

Rooted easily : just finished the flashing procedure twrp said me that my ROM didnt have root access and suggested me to install supersu, installed, rebooted , and updated supersu via playstore

I just compared it to B194 and theres a lot of changes but many of them are just repacked jar or apk files. There are a few lib changes though.

Can anyone check if the ROM's still vulnerable to the master key exploits (8219321 & 9695860). You can check with this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bluebox.labs.onerootscanner

I can see that they made some changes to core.jar that may address one or both of the exploits, but I can't be sure.

That's great then as they've finally patched it :) So that's one of the changes. The rest may be optimizations and minor bug fixes.

Flash this from recovery: http://d-h.st/OSk

With a little work it's also possible to get the AOSP messaging app working as well as full hardware acceleration. By default Huawei limits HWA.

I did antutu test (the last antutu version ) with this rom, got 7331 with many apps installed like WhatsApp, voxer, Facebook messenger and pages manager and so on.. When I was with b174 I scored max around 6000,nice!
