More Problems! Help!

Guys, I'm starting to have even more issues with my phone! I don't really know whats going on with it as I haven't messed around with the phone or anything. The phone has only had the original Jiayu update back in December/January when I got it and has been rooted but apart from that I haven't done anything to it. It seems to me like the touch screen isn't working properly as when I touch an area it does something else! I was trying to send a text message and it was doing all sorts of things. Does the screen need to be recalibrated? What's the best way for me to do a reset on the phone but retain my apps, settings, messages, and call history?

try and see if you have unresponsive areas..you can download an app off the Play store or use the one in Developer Options..
