Y300-0100 won't update ?!!!!

hi everyone,

i've been trying to update my Y300-0100 with no result for both the firmware & FusionX rom.
the phone has HUAWEI_Y300_firmware(Y300-0100,Android 4.1,Emotion_UI,V100R001C00B182,Middle_East_Channel,05011MAN) & i've updated it with the same firmware before by holding the power & vol +,- & it worked before.
now it gives me an error @ step 2/2 saying update failed, i wiped both cash & factory default with no chance to run it well ?!!! 
as i tryed to install fusionx rom by flashing the mob, it gives me a message saying "installation aborted" after choosing to install from sd card ?!!!!!!!!! 
i've red some topics here & i think it's an IMEI problem for i can't ZERO IT ?!! 
so any help would be appreciated :) & if there're any instruction guides that can help, please attach it.

Hmm just my 2 cents here ... did you try downloading the zip file again ? It could be an incomplete download problem , happened to me several times.

actually i did with bith the update & the firmware ?!!
