Stock boot animation issue

I have a small issue with the stock boot animation. I have rooted my device and flashed various custom rom via TWRP. But when I returned to stock rom again boot animation changed to android device. Now I have the stock bootanimation.zip file and copied it to /system/media. So the issue solved in normal boot mode. But in fastboot mode, its still the android default.

 

Is there anyway to fix that in fast boot mode too! Thnx in advance.
