I would add overclock to 1113MhZ , and after that phone is in tip top state :)

I install Odex, but i think the rom have many app and the most is not important (for me) :x   Is possible to create a "clean" rom ? :D

Don't think it matters unless you are themeing the ROM in which case the Dex/Deodex version.

Just do full wipes in cwm, then flash it like anything else. no need for anything (no gapps etc.)
