Phone unlocking for new Swiss SPVs - Ver 3.0 - Build 12255

Guys,

Phone unlocking not working on new Swiss SPVs.

mxipcold_oem10.provxml is now called mxipcold_oem_10.provxml and now there's no security policy settings.

mxip_oem10.provxml doesn't exist anymore. Seems to have been replaced with this file, mxip_smartfon_1.provxml

It has a security policy in it, but nothing happens when you change it.

I bought the SPV two weeks ago from PhoneShop [Euro part of CarphoneWarehouse].

Here's the information from the about screen:

I have just discovered why there is no Security policy thing in the Swiss SPV. It seems that there is no certification lock on it now! :shock:

My SPV has exactly the same versions. I installed the first swiss update in the end of december last year.

It's unlocked, but it was not when i bought it...

Some orange stuff told me that there will be a further update in week 8, which is now...

Nothing seen yet :)

When I checked there was an Orange update, but after downloading it wouldn't install because it was for a different regional setting :shock: No idea what that was about though...
