Install the latest version of HiSuite, it has that option. However it's only good for specific devicesa and unfortunately Y300 isn't yet supported for some reasons.

Thanks! shame indeed that HiSuite doenst support y300 theme making.

 

Pitu_xque, i have tried assembling in that way, because you can unzip the files, but after puting back the pieces even in theme format Emotion ui doesnt recognize them.

 

I only want to have a theme with stock default Jellybean or Sense UI icons :( the huawei ones are kinda childish looking

Why not try installing another launcher? Try Nova launcher or Apex. Available from Play store. It'll give you options to choose your own icons.
