SIM Unlock Options for the Y300?

Is there any way to unlock this phone for free? I've already unlocked the bootloader and installed CM10.2.

Neither have I, most people have bought their handset from carphone warehouse, I've bought 5 or 6 handsets over the past 12 months from there and none have been sim-locked, even though I've had them on a specific network! I think all handsets from CPW are unlocked and they just supply the sim you request.

He probably got the phone from one of the Service Providers in the Philippines. Anyone got any idea how to unlock these?
