[HELP] CMiui

Hello, everyone. Could someone tell me which is the latest/best version of CMiui? Because I've found many here, and I got confused. I'm referring to CM7 here. And of course, If you suggest I should try another version, it's all welcome, I just want good performance. Thanks in advance!

Are you  talking about CM (CyanogenMod) or MIUI or something else?

I was referring to a version of MIUI based on CM7, or other MIUI version. Thanks anyways!

I got no answer :( I think I'll give CM7 another try, though.
