How I can change my Splashscreen?

I have a branded Huawei G510 from Digicell. It have root with CM10.2 and a unlocked bootloader with TWRP. So,how I can change my Splashscreen? It's very ugly to see this Picture,when I start my Phone :)

Do you mean the boot animation or the one that comes up when first booting the phone (Huawei logo on mine)

Yes. I mean the Picture,before the bootanimation comes. For mine it's a logo of Digicell,(which is preeeeeeeetttttyyyy ugly) and then the normal cm Bootanimation comes
