NEED HELP!! Huawei ascend G510 OTA Update Fail !

OK . After this night i try again to OTA the B193 update and i found it again on my phone, i download the 115Mbits and do all the phone sayd and entered on the default phone recovery whit the android logo . All worked fine just for 2-3 seconds and the OTA update again Faild.

This happend after the "catch" is formatting or something lika that.

Can someone explain what i'm doeing wrong?

I found on google something like go to settinds and clear catch on "google framework" i did this but the same fail.

i try almost 10 times now the same "formatting Cache" then aborted !!

i got a reply by Huawei . and the messege was on how to unlock my bootloader :)) the bootloader is locked and they say i have to unlock it ?
