Guest newdesire Posted December 3, 2013 Report Posted December 3, 2013 In some roms for the G510 that I've tried, many times this two annoying warnings popup on the screen: -''to prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen..." -"would you like to activate power saving mode" when the battery goes under 30% Is there a way to disable this from build.prop or is there some other method to get rid of this?
Guest Gliwusss Posted December 3, 2013 Report Posted December 3, 2013 (edited) xposed modules for example :) search for them which has this function, cause I don't remember :p Edited December 3, 2013 by Gliwusss
Guest jackosterman Posted December 4, 2013 Report Posted December 4, 2013 (edited) As far as I know, and this has only been tested with FusionX, there are no compatible "hearing damage" Xposed modules currently available. Like with most things in life, I'll assume Huawei's to blame. Of course, I'd be interested if anyone has anything different to say. (That said, you may have better luck with Xposed + a non-stock based ROM.) As far as the power saving icon (which I still remember quite spitefully, from those early, frustrating days before Tillaz first showed up here), you're probably out of luck. That'd require a handy dev interested in fooling around with EmotionUI (as opposed to trying to eliminate it), which I'd guess is as likely as our phones magically sprouting a fourth core. ;) Edited December 4, 2013 by jackosterman
Guest tillaz Posted December 4, 2013 Report Posted December 4, 2013 the power saving thing is built into huawei's EmotionUI systemUI.apk witch i removed and replaced with the ported AOSP version. and i think the hearing damage thing can be disabled from the framework bools.xml not sure though, will have a look. assuming you mean this

Guest Gliwusss Posted December 4, 2013 Report Posted December 4, 2013 I don't know how I did it (maybe by xposed module) unvisible, I have no that
Guest tillaz Posted December 4, 2013 Report Posted December 4, 2013 I don't know how I did it (maybe by xposed module) unvisible, I have no that maybe this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2338474 Edit: not sure if that will work though... as after looking at huaweis framework in bools.xml this is missing config_safe_media_volume_enabled=true
Guest Gliwusss Posted December 4, 2013 Report Posted December 4, 2013 (edited) Yes that's it, but after a few days using it I uniinstalled it and install WedyMod and it's working good too and has some another functions :) Edited December 4, 2013 by Gliwusss
Guest jackosterman Posted December 4, 2013 Report Posted December 4, 2013 Hm... The "hearing damage" warning I was referring to is this irritating little toast (and unfortunately unaffected by any module I've tried).
