DELAYED NOTIFICATIONS

I have a Y300 and since I have the Stock ROM, passing the SymAnd, Fusion X, 10.1 and 10.2 notifications not immediately come, as you can see in the notification panel ALLEGEDLY arrives at 9:10 PM while the image below is arriving at 9:08, some will say it's nothing, but sometimes 2 minutes is 30, tried solutions PUSH NOTIFICATION FIXER, WHATSAPP +, ROM CHANGE, CHANGE oF SIM CARD, PLEASE HELP AND THANKS
