Huawei Y300-0100 Pink Screen Help

 I'm using Huawei Y300-0100,Y300-0100V100R001C00B195 version. Normally when we turn off the phone then hold power + vol up + vol down will enter a page that can wipe our data, reboot and etc page, but now when i press it, the phone will come out a pink page only, which means that i can't hard reset my phone.

 

However, i still can soft reset and also download the the original firmware, put into SD card and then when the phone is off, holding power + vol up + vol down, the phone can be reset too, but i just wondering why the phone can't enter the menu page like before instead off showing a pink page.

 

I remember that after i set my default storage is on the SD card, then download real racing 3 on playstore and then the real racing had download the data itself, but then my battery had run out and then i recharge my phone, when the battery full i wish to hard reset but i saw it is in pink page!

 

i never root my phone and unlocked it as well because i just a normal user =)

Wrong combination :P :P

It is Vol up + Power for 10s no need to press Vol down.

If both vol keys pressed it goes to download mode.

Vol down + Power goes to fastboot mode.
