Y300 - Unknown caller issue

Hey guys, I've been reading the forums for the past few days since I picked up a Y300 for $50 here in Canada. The phone is great for the price the only problem I seem to be having is I keep getting a lot of unknown callers.

 

The phone is originally Bell branded and I'm with Rogers, I sim unlocked it, wasn't showing numbers under stock firmware. I next ran FusionX and thought that fixed the issue but I was still getting a lot of unknown callers. Last night I flashed it again with AOKP see if it would help, same problem. Before re-syncing my contacts I tried calling my phone from my gf's phone and my house phone. The house phone shows the name and number, my gf's phone was coming up as unknown, even after syncing my contacts it was still coming up as unknown. It's quite frustrating cause I've missed some phone calls today and don't know who called me.

 

I've tried searching around the internet but haven't found any solutions. If anyone has any advice or suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it, I've heard that running vanilla android from Huawei would fix the issue but are FusionX and AOKP not based on that? Sorry, I'm still new to android. Also I do have call display on my cell phone package. Thanks.
