Guest mirko28
I have installed google search but voice search doesn't work. App stops working immediately after choosing voice input. I looked in input settings, everything looks fine. Is there a way to get it working ? Edited July 28, 2014 by mirko28

Guest elrond_bs
No such problem for me, also clean install. Try wiping and installing again, something might have accidentally became bugged during your previous install.

Guest killadroid
calibrating proximity sensor seems to have done the trick no more system ui crashes :) btw does spirit fm work on the blade?
Guest lolasher
Spirit FM never worked with ZTE Blade, I don't know why.
Guest elrond_bs
Because FM is hardware based (different for each type of phone), not supported officially by Android and not universal.
Guest gerhardo
Because FM is hardware based (different for each type of phone), not supported officially by Android and not universal. CM 10.x supposedly had a standardized interface to FM, that Effem (daemond's app) used. This interface is not updated to CM11, no maintainer, not much interest. SpiritFM used the CM interface where available I guess, but it mostly implemented the HW level support. I have not heard that Spirit ever worked on the Blade. If you want FM, use CM10. KitKat on the Blade is a great achievement. Edited August 2, 2014 by gerhardo
Guest elrond_bs
Yes, but daemond did a lot to make it work for our hardware in CM10, otherwise it wouldn't (with only CM10). So it was not universal even in CM10. I actually never used FM with any ROM (except few times for testing).

Guest Janil
Thank you Zeelog! My blade it's perfect with your rom! I have just an issue.. I can't send/receive MMS.. Anyone facing the same problem? EDIT: Solved! I just needed to download APN Portugal. What do you mean "download APN Portugal"? I searched around for MMS and I noticed people are suggesting upgrading baseband for other phones.. I wonder if that would help with my Blade. Mine's a gen1 so I guess there should be newer ones, but I still need to figure out if it's safe to upgrade it.. EDIT: Ah, there's an app called APN Portugal.. Anyway, my settings are correct, because I can send MMS when the wifi is connected, but nothing else works if I'm not lucky when I manually connect the APN. I can press volume down and the phone boots into recovery but after that the buttons do not respond. I cannot flash a ROM... It worked on my other ZTE blade I'm not sure why I'm having issues on this one. I had to flash TFT and install CWM 6.0.2.7 instead.
