I currently this ROM installed:

 

Custom Build Version MX1020_BER)S5009_89_RELEASE-V.1.14.201330626_6589-HD

 

Baseband MOLY.WR8.W1248.MD.WG.MP.V6.P5, 2013/05/15

 

Kernel version from Wed June 26th 11:51:01 CST 2013

 

I cannot remember if this was a Tillaz ROM, or an official one as it was a long time ago! - What is the latest version/Most recommended version, as this one quite a few months old now?

latest is 1022, you can found on NeedROM site: http://www.needrom.com/mobile/vowney-v5-2/

but i suggest you to try the MIUI from Robotnik, also on NeedROM: http://www.needrom.com/mobile/vowney-v5-miui-2/
