Fast rom for multitasking with HALO

Which fast ROM can you recommend me? I want it for multitasking on my y300 (playing music, browsing internet, messaging with sms and messanger app sometimes all of this at the same time) and sometimes play a game (but really rarely). I would also like to have Halo. It also should have not bad battery life. And no random reboots, working Camera, wifi and bluetooth. I'm staying with Mokee OS 42.2 UNOFFICIAL [CM10.1] V8 for a while to test it :) to test pac I'll need more time because a lot of options...
