Huawei G510-0100 B170 call dropping HELP

Hello,

 

I have a Huawei G510-0100 B170 (NL)

 

Bought this phone maybe 2 months ago, having problems with what I think people call "call dropping"(?) Basically evey call I make that is over 20 seconds, this will occur, I can hear the person on the other end fine but they cant hear anything I say for at least 5 seconds per call. Getting really frustrated with this now.

 

Is there a fix, of what kind of ROM can i installed to resolved the problem?

 

CeXstel ROM update?

CM10.2? ROM update?

 

please help.

Hi,

Flash a ROM, JB or KK, they work fine.

You have to unlock Bootloader: send a mail to Huawei, they will send you a mail, with the unlock numbers.

After that, you have to boot in fastboot mode and unlock bootloader with fastboot command, than flash twrp recovery.

Download a rom, and flash it via twrp.

I suggest cm 10.1 from Kratos.

I have a problem, yesterday I rooted the phone and I installed a app from appstore ( Huawei Unlocker for g510 )

i use this app ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mmas.huaweibootloaderunlocker&hl=nl )

I want to install a custom rom from fluffy.

 

After that my phone was rebooted, I see strange Chinese logo at the startup, I go to the menu of the phone,

Settings are different, I see no status bar, when I get msg from whatsapp no blinking led light.

 

SO what I want to do is go back to the stock rom of my Huawei G510 (B173) NL

 

Sd/dload after 4min I get error 2/2 update failed.

 

I can I fix this problem, is there a flash tool for the Huawei g510 ?
