Stuttering jumpy audio

Hello,

 

I am having an issue with this phone (g510) where when I play music it keeps stuttering and skipping.  I am currently running slimkat but I also had the issue with CM 10 and I think also when I was using a stock rom. It seems to get less when I turn on Plane mode. Any ideas?

Wich governer and io scheduler do you use?
