the problem is not with the rom, it's the drivers. try these pda drivers linked above.

 

 

does anybody else have the problem with jonzalvo's rom being too damn silent? i can't even hear my phone ringing when it's out of my pocket, let alone outside my apartmant

Yep, the Jonzalvo AOSP ROM volume levels are certainly pretty low. On the Spanish forum, there was discussion as to how to improve volume levels via some sort of factory settings? I must admit, that I thought Jonzalvo had already done this on his V1.1 release, but possibly not?

I wonder if the new 079 release fixes this issue? In the translation above, it mentions volume levels are 30 up from 15?

don't know, tried the 1.1 version and really liked it apart from not being able to hear it :)

 

i'll try jonzalvo's note3 rom. how is the sound on miui rom?

I try now pdanet drivers- the installation freezes at Updating PdaNet on your phone . Whats wrong?

got 2 knackered coolpads now, they work fine apart from google services play store etc keep saying no connection and doing nothing, any ideas lads?

I have no ideas how to fix phone. May be his memory has phisical damage?

yeah, happened to me too until i flashed gapps through preloaded-8297w.zip (or something like that)

Pletko have you format sd card on jonzalvo rom? Can you give me your skype?

didn't format anything, everything works fine. just factory reset/data wipe, clear cache and clear dalvik cache before flashing :)

I talk about another. I have a brick now- because of I forget not format sd card on jonzalvo rom.

You had a brick too. Why? The same- have you format sd card on jonzalvo rom?

have tried 4 different roms now the last one was from needrom with Gapps inside, all roms work fine but anything to do with Google is kaput, seems to have trouble connecting to network, tried different Gapps packages still nothing very unstable sometimes play store works then stops switch phone off restart is pot luck.....any ideas what to try?

even my CWM backups will not work with Google..

not sure what happen, but now got 2 working phones(fingers crossed), had trouble with google the last 5 hours, guess their servers cuold have been playing up....

Very good question I need working Gapps for Coolpad F1.

 

By the way how do you find the battery life ? I just got mine and I have charged my battery 2 times and I expected to have better battery life ...what do you think ?

 

I use Note 3 rom and I have 18834 points in Antutu I expected 25 000+ ....why is that ?

Look at your phone settings which android version you have - probably 4.2

Look just under this headline:

Use this table to figure out which package you need!

 

There is android 4.2.2 version - gapps 20130812
