[MOD] Disable haptic feedback in lockscreen [Stock]

I modified framework.jar to disable haptic feedback in lockscreen, initially was made for my ROM, but should work on all stock based ROMs, if not, let me know.

I was one who always wanted that,cause never liked vibration on this ROM :)

For those who want to get rid of the lockscreen vibration like I do: Replace your framework.jar with http://www.sendspace.com/file/yrf46j and you should be happy.   :)

Which method you used to disable it? where did you post it? i didn't see that

I disabled it in GlowPadView and MultiWaveView and i posted it in FusionX thread.
