I found a link from the Alcatel One Touch official website to Sourceforge page with what appears to be source code for alot of their Android devices in case it's any use to anyone. I didn't find the code for my One Touch Idol S 6034R, but it's still probably a good resource for devs for other alcatel android devices who don't already know of it's existence. Hope it is of use.
