[Help] Calls problem!!!

Hi guys!! I need your help. I dont know why, but I have one problem with calls, when I call someone i can't turn off, and when someone when call me and when want to Turn off the call, the dialer app didn't dissapear and show the seconds remaining, so phone calls never end. After that others can call me but I cant recognize that, only when I restart the phone I can call and recevie call once again. I try to install a lot of ROMs but no one solve my problem. PLEASE HELP ME !!! :(
