ZTE Blade II constantly rebooting

Hi

 

Trying to sort out my sisters ZTE Blade II which constantly restarts unless it is turned on while charging and kept on charging.

 

It has a FishnChip RSL5 rom installed, been rooted if i remember correctly. Sometimes it will work without connected to a charger but I've been told by her that it will start restarting again after it reaches a certain battery % or when she opens an application.

 

I've tried reinstalling the rom but it hasn't helped. I tried also taking the sim out and that helped for a while but then the problem started happening again.

 

Any ideas on what to do?
