Guest imrahx Posted September 9, 2014 Report Posted September 9, 2014 I tried other roms but the problem still.
Guest dalyer Posted September 9, 2014 Report Posted September 9, 2014 What ROM(s)? Did you unlock the bootloader? If so how? If it was an unofficial unlock (e.g. huaweig300.com tutorial) then you should try unlocking it officially and see if that helps: http://www.modaco.com/topic/362821-tutorial-how-to-officially-unlock-the-bootloader-with-definitions-relock-guide-included/ http://www.modaco.com/topic/362821-tutorial-how-to-officially-unlock-the-bootloader-with-definitions-relock-guide-included/ Or just stick with the GB baseband (198088) and bootloader. Hope this helps.
Guest imrahx Posted September 9, 2014 Report Posted September 9, 2014 Hey thanks for responding! Yes, I unlocked it officially. I tried CryanogenMod 9.1 and 10.1.
Guest dalyer Posted September 10, 2014 Report Posted September 10, 2014 Try going back to stock B952 and see if the problem persists there maybe? The unlocking tutorial above explains how to install this. Hope this helps.

Do you mean this part? http://www.modaco.com/topic/362821-tutorial-how-to-officially-unlock-the-bootloader-with-definitions-relock-guide-included/#entry2128104
Guest imrahx Posted September 11, 2014 Report Posted September 11, 2014 Ok, I tried to force update, but the update fails. I tried the "middle package", it failed too. Now I'm at the last step of that post, but I don't understand it a lot. I have CWM Recovery 6.0.1.8. You will need CWM recovery to be able to update, If you don't have it, follow this post to get it. Now, Chris Wyatt, has reported that if you flash an ICS repack with Complete wipes - Go into mounts and storage in CWM, then wipe everything except:/sdcard/sdcard0/sdcard1/sd-ext Now you have flashed the repack, you will have to go to the CWM home, then go to advanced > reboot recovery. Now wait until it reboots and then flash the relock bootloader zip by jsevi83. Then you can carry on with the tutorial, by following the next post. When it says "wipe everything", what does that mean? When I go there I only see "mount/unmount" and "format". I'm kinda lost at this point. Again, thank you for the responses.
Guest dalyer Posted September 12, 2014 Report Posted September 12, 2014 CWM normally has a number of format and wipe options. Wipe everything normally means choose all wipe options. Might be worth formatting partitions as well. If you don't see these options then why not try CWM 6.0.4.x? http://www.modaco.com/topic/359191-recovery-cwm-clockworkmod-recovery-v6045-cm-last-updated-2112/ Where did you get 6.0.1.8 from? Sounds very old.
Guest imrahx Posted September 12, 2014 Report Posted September 12, 2014 (edited) Mmmm I don't remember... u.u Edit: I think it was from here http://huaweig300.com/huawei-g300-install-a-custom-jelly-bean-ics-rom-from-scratch/re-root-unlock-bootloader-install-clockworkmod-recovery/ How do I install it? Like a ROM? Edit 2: Ok, I read I have to flash it ^_^ Edited September 12, 2014 by imrahx
Guest imrahx Posted September 12, 2014 Report Posted September 12, 2014 Ok, I updated the recovery but there are the same options: unmount /cache mount /system mount /data mount /cust mount /storage/sdcard1 mount /storage/sdcard0 format /cache format /system format /data format /cust format /storage/sdcard1 format /storage/sdcard0 mount USB storage which ones should I "activate"?

I have the bootloader unlocked now, do you want me to lock it and unlock it again?

There should be another CWM menu with "wipe" options. When installing a ROM on any phone I normally do all possible wipes and formats just to be sure and do a clean install. Also, I don't undertand what you want me to do at all. I have the bootloader unlocked now, do you want me to lock it and unlock it again? No. Just that that tutorial also explains how to install stock B952 - which will restore the locked bootloader etc. Just that if you go back to stock and don't have the coverage problems then it's not the phone and it's probably the ROMs or your setup of these. If you do have coverage problems even on stock then your phone may be damaged. My hunch is that you have installed something on your phone that negatively impacts the coverage. The best way to start again is to start again with stock B952. Then unlock bootloader, root, install CWM, install custom ROM again. But others may have other/better advice for you...
Guest imrahx Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 Ok, thank you. I've done tihs: You will need CWM recovery to be able to update, If you don't have it, follow this post to get it. And I tried a force update but the pink bar stops and update still fails...
Guest imrahx Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 (edited) Wow, I think the phone got bricked. Recovery has changed to Android recovery, so I can't flash anything And if I try to boot, it stops at Cyanogen Mod splash art... Edited September 13, 2014 by imrahx
Guest imrahx Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 btw, when I try to do the force update and it fails, appears a .txt file in the dload file and it contents the following: filename = /mmc1/dload/update.app call RCV_MODULE_END_EVENT failed, module = OEMSBL_VER_LISTCMD=0xf,moduleaddr = 0xd2000000, len_tmp=0x6000
Guest imrahx Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 Ohhh i'm force updating a Vodafone rom one and it seems it's installing :D
