Guest PaulOBrien Posted September 18, 2014 Report Posted September 18, 2014 Not bad?http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/2014-New-arrival-5-inch-Coolpad-F1-8297-MTK6592-Smartphone-Octa-Core-1-7GHz-2GB-RAM/1153179_1777587463.htmlI've used these guys a lot and they're fantastic.P
Guest dalyer Posted September 18, 2014 Report Posted September 18, 2014 (edited) Isn't the thread title a bit misleading? Seems to me it's only delivered from the UK and thus avoids import taxes in EU countries if you choose the Fedex option which makes it $194 or c. £119? Or am I missing something here...? Edited September 18, 2014 by dalyer
Guest slime00 Posted September 18, 2014 Report Posted September 18, 2014 I think it's a great option, you know in advance you'll not pay more custom taxes, so you don't have to worry about how much they will charge you!
Guest PaulOBrien Posted September 18, 2014 Report Posted September 18, 2014 My error, it's actually ~£110 including delivery! I read the wrong figure. :DP
Guest andybarker Posted September 18, 2014 Report Posted September 18, 2014 It says WCDMA version - isn't that the one that doesn't work in Europe? Edit: OK, take that back - found my mistake.
Guest tcpaulh Posted September 18, 2014 Report Posted September 18, 2014 (edited) Shipped from UK. Not bad. Seems odd they're offering 5-7 day delivery via DHL or Fedex though if it's UK stock. I bought from here for £100 http://www.to2c.com/coolpad-f1-basic-8297-mtk6592-octa-core-smart-phone.html ..but would have paid the extra tenner for a sales contact in the UK Edited September 18, 2014 by tcpaulh
Guest dakok Posted September 18, 2014 Report Posted September 18, 2014 (edited) Several guys from PCE forum got it from Coolicool for $157 / £97 with CELLAFF07CIC7 coupon recently. I don't know if coupon is still valid though Paul, did you actually buy it or just considering? Edited September 18, 2014 by dakok
Guest PaulOBrien Posted September 18, 2014 Report Posted September 18, 2014 Considering right now! :)I bought a bunch of OnePlus Ones and a Mi4 from them tho! :DP
Guest gordito Posted September 18, 2014 Report Posted September 18, 2014 (edited) Το2c, i dont recommend, horrible after salse support, they gave me trouble with 2 mobiles (i bought ~10 from them the past year) 2 were shipped with the proximity sensor not working and they gave me too much trouble for replacing, acting crazy and stuff. First one took 3 months to get a new phone. i had to claim on Paypal for the second and i'm in the process to get a full refund when they receive the broken phone. Guest tcpaulh Posted September 18, 2014 Report Posted September 18, 2014 Sorry to hear that. I'll think twice before using them again
