[Problem]CM 11.0

after flashing rom, everything was ok for a few days, then notification bar started to freezing, showing a bit by bit, applications started to open and always the same path, calendar, alarm, date and time etc. I flashed ROM and replaced it with AOSP MOD rom but same thing, even after flashing another rom the problem with navigation bar is still there, same thing with the applications, so I get back on cm11 and again the same. A month ago I changed the display, so I don't know can he make me this kind of problem? what should I do? I wiped everything, even the SD card cause i suspected on virus but always the same thing, phone is blocking
