is it posible to official unlock bootloader even no root?

huawei send me unlock code but when i use the code it says invalid key unlock fail,, and when i request another code it send me some site that you put your s/n, imei, product id,, if my phone not rooted and official unlock bootloader is it posible?

Actually you need to be on a stock ROM with no root etc. in order to unlock the bootloader.

What ROM is on your phone right now?

Also bear in mind that Huawei sometimes sent incorrect codes to some people.

It may be simpler to just use a ROM that supports both basebands and then install the GB bootloader and baseband thereby obviating the need to unlock the ICS bootloader:

im in b952 stock rooted so i revert back to gb? then go b952 again then unlock bootloader? and install cwm? my phone is not rooted is it ok to flash custom rom? and link2sd not work when your phone is not rooted

and when i flashed another rom my IMEI is 0 i restore the ime using dfs is it ok? and no harm for bootloader?

Did you read the tutorial? It explains everything.

When back on stock check the IMEI again. 

Some (CM?) ROMs report it as 0 even when it has not been zeroized.

If it actually is 0 then you will need to restore it to be safe.
