Based on latest stable version Optimized to best performance Deleted chinese apps ( still some chinese stuff inside , it's very chinese rom ). Gapps included Only English and chinese languages ( it has some Greeks also ). Strange , for me works without problems , what's your country ?? This weird problem having some friends in Romania , though in Greece ( wind for me ) , everything works. Did you try some other sim card or change APN settings to see if it works ?? Did you contact your operator?? I don't know why this happened , maybe it's apn-conf.xml , i will check it out. Hmmm , it seems that mobile data issue happened only to Romanian users , i must take a look to Romanian stock rom and i hope to found what causes the issue. But i need to know if this happened to a specific mobile provider or to all Romanian providers , so if you have a friend which uses other operator than you , try with his sim card to see if it works or not. Other system apps and framework support Multilanguage.
