Hudl 2 charge fix No more missed alarms.

 

I found a fix for charge problems that seem to work.

From what I found it appears as though the tablet falls into a sleep of death,

especially when connected to the charger.

This stops it charging and sounding wake up alarms set by the user.

 

To fix follow the guide below.

Go to play store and download Safe Charge by Todor Kolev/

Set it running and make sure nothing blocks its services running.

This app stops the tablet from falling into sleep of death and enables a charge to reach the battery.

 

Please report back how your tablet charges before and after trying this.

I must admit I've not had the issue since trying this, early days but so far so bloody good ;) Thanks.

Update : don't bother lol bug is still ptesent. :(

Even though I've already thanked you arnookie on the wrong thread ;) just wanted to say thanks for the info on 'Safe Charge' - it's working a treat as a temp solution.
