ART problem: "Android is upgrading" at every reboot

Last night I tried to switch to ART from Dalvik, it was successful, but everytime I reboot my tab, it says "Android is upgrading", like the first start, just with the difference, that it just does his for 86 apps, not all. Is there someone with the same problem, or do anyone know the solution for this?
