This reads like the android version of the ZTE Open L

The Zte Open L uses the snapdragon 210 (x4 @1.1ghz), The Apex2 use the SD400([email protected]), the screen sizes is 1/2 inch minor in the apex2. I would say that there are more similarities between the Moto G 2013 and Apex 2 than the Open L
