how long does it last on screen?

It doesn't hold a charge at all.

Edit: I've watched the video & clearly the battery is dead.coz when u switch it with yours it works normally

I don't know but that is impossible I think.did it start this problem out of the box? or she didn't charge it well when it was brand new?

It was working fine for a year, then she left it without using it or charging it for about 5 or 6 weeks. After that, this problem started happening.
