Guest LiNe171
I don't like KingRoot, SuperSU is better.
Guest kiffmoore
How about this as a solution... I repack the stock ROM but for TWRP and without the data partition. Then we can kingoroot, flash TWRP, reboot to recovery, reflash stock (without wiping) and flash the supersu zip.All traces of kingoroot removed...?PI think this is the only way forward for me following my post last weekend, would be very grateful if this is possible
Guest jonathan bowley
BTW, I had the blank Chrome situation, so used Maxthon for a while. After installing Xposed and a number of modules (I use a fair few), Chrome started working. No idea what particular change or set of changes made it happen, but I'm just glad it did! Guest jonathan bowley
Back here again, with a broken Chrome - can't flash the stock ROM to get it working again, as I've updated to the latest version. And I don't plan on using Xposed as it's too laggy... Any other solutions?
Guest LiNe171
Flash stock recovery, then flash the stock ROM then enjoy the phone...Root is so useless, my opinion. Im unrooted since two weeks ago, no problems, lags, bugs, nothing.
