Guest Jargo1 Posted August 19, 2015 Report Posted August 19, 2015 I have two accounts on my hudl the one with the password i forgot was the owner i have tried to guess the password but i did not get it is there a way to maybe factory reset the tablet or anything else. Also My tablet is not rooted not sure if i can root it with a pin on the owner acc.
Guest Posted August 21, 2015 Report Posted August 21, 2015 (edited) After so many missed tries do you get a 'Forgotten Password' prompt appear? If not have you tried reseting via the Google website (as long as your hudl has internet access)?Just standard suggestions ... final option always would be to factory reset but unless you have backed-up your data it'll be lost. Guest Jargo1 Posted August 21, 2015 Report Posted August 21, 2015 Okay thanks ill try it later but just a question i used to have root about 2 months ago but removed it then factory reset my tablet when that happened i could not use the wifi on my hudl and had problems it took me about an hour to find a fix for this but to fix it i had to root the tablet but then i removed it afterwards. Would i still have the problem if i factory reset where the wifi does not work? Also Thanks for the link
Guest Posted August 21, 2015 Report Posted August 21, 2015 Sorry don't have a scooby why your wifi wouldn't work after / if you did a factory reset - never come across that before and I've factory reset a fair few original hudl's.
Guest Jargo1 Posted August 21, 2015 Report Posted August 21, 2015 Havent factory reset now was talkin about last time thanks anyways ill factory reset later.

Guest Jargo1 Posted August 21, 2015 Report Posted August 21, 2015 Oh Lol Well Now I just got to convince my sis to let me factory reset it lol the other acc is hers.
Guest Posted August 21, 2015 Report Posted August 21, 2015 (edited) Well at the end of the day, you'd be able to reflash the entire original hudl via the bootloader mode and the windows software found here if it goes wrong.(http://www.modaco.com/forums/topic/372551-stock-hudl-rom-for-windows-rktools17-latest-available-rom-v131-build-jdq3920140424153851/) Edited August 21, 2015 by Guest
