Guest lunario
There is no 5.1.1 recovery so you can flash one of these. You need to put the zip in sdcard and install through twrp

Guest KenT8HD
I tried rooting with Kingroot and MobileGO and both failed.I tried with both pc and .apk from KingRoot and no succes and it screwed the android.I then flashed stock 5.1.1 from Spain from stock recovery and after a few shutdowns of my screen and try to unlock it,it just stays black. Is there anything wrong with the firmware?Should i flash another stock from another country?before trying to root, the phone worked perfectly fine with no bugs or lag whatsoever but now it just wont show anything on the display when i press the power button.Just the backlight turning on but nothing on the screen. Guest elscorchio
Hi guys, I have a smart ultra 6 (on vodafone Ireland) with the f1ux rom installed, but my phone now has developed a large dead area on the touchscreen and is pretty unusable. I want to revert back to stock to get it repaired under warranty but I'm not sure what to install, from the OTA and stock thread. The link to the IE02c stock rom is dead and the newer MR02b rom doesn't have a recovery image available, could I use a recovery from another country just to get this working enough to get it back for the repair? Any help would be appreciated
Guest rwalton159
I have rooted and used flashify to put a debranded rom on my phone. Due to an issue with Bluetooth stopping my ringtone sounding I would like to change my rom. I'm in the UK. What rom do I need to downgrade to 5.0.1 please.
Guest KonstaT
Added Portugal MR06b firmware to the OP. Also added a new stock recovery image that is actually 'ro.build.display.id=VDF-995NB02-DE01b test-keys'. ZTE has changed ro.product.device=msm8916_32 -> ro.product.device=P839V55 in this updated firmware (and recovery) which means you can't install old firmware packages with this new stock recovery. Guest Lotti86
Hi! I managed to download the current pending OTA for italian vodafone smart ultra 6 (build version VDF-995NB01-IT_MR01c_2): here it is the url http://dl1.ztems.com:80/zxmdmp/download.do?doWhat=getUp&filename=firmwarepackages/HK/ZTE/Vodafone%20Smart%20ultra%206/123750/update_IT_VDF_P839V55V1.0.0B20_to_V1.0.0B09.up Don't know why but this update can't be applied :\ I need to flash a full stock ROM (VDF-995NB01-IT_MR01c_2) or a working OTA (actually my phone goes in boot loop and then stops with a black screen). AFAIK there's no VDF-995NB01-IT_MR01c_2 or any other Italian full firmware packege available for download. OTA is also kind of useless without the previous firmware it patches. You could try flashing any other full firmware package as long as you can boot to recovery.

Guest conorf50
Hi, I wanted to revert to stock (stock rom and recovery). So I downloaded the latest rom for Ireland and the Turkish recovery listed in the OP. But when I flashed the recovery onto the phone it identifies as 'VDF-995NB02-DE01B-test-keys' Is this the German version? It won't accept the Irish rom through adb sideload. I can't find the German rom anywhere on the ZTE site. Any advice on what to do? Thanks.

Or you could just go to ZTE support site and download it from there. It seems ZTE has updated their site and moved everything around. I'll update links in the OP when I have the time. 6 hours ago, conorf50 said: Hi, I wanted to revert to stock (stock rom and recovery). Then you have a corrupt file. You've unzipped the firmware package you downloaded from ZTE support site and you're trying to flash the update.zip you found inside, right? You could try flashing it from sdcard, too. Edited June 23, 2016 by KonstaT
