Switching between ROMS (text messages and other stuff)

There seems to be a few of you on here changing your ROMs quite regularly.

How do you go about moving your text messages to your new ROM?

Also what about your call history, APN info for using 3G etc etc?

I've never done with call history or text messages, but i suppose that you can do it with Titanium Backup.I backup and restore my Whatsapp chats with it (well, the entire app an its data) in most of ROMs i test and it goes perfectly.

In the past I've used:

I generally just reconfigure the APN as it's no big deal.

I sync my contacts to Google and my photos to DropBox so don't need to do anything there.
