Hi, everyone from modaco, we have been here for about half month, anyone has experienced shopping on our store? Do you satisfy with us?  

In order to offer better service to customers from modaco, we open this thread to solve some order problems, if you have issues with order, just comment the order number and tell us what problem with it, we will try our best to check for you.   

In addition, if you have placed some orders from our store, maybe you can show pictures about your order to tell us what you buy, and we will choose 3 customers to offer TD points as prizes.

Meine Geschichte mit Tinysteal!

 

Am 12. November bestellte ich einen Laptop. (Registration, Bestellung, Warenkorb, Bezahlung)

Es geht blitzschnell, mein Geld wurde sofort (1Sekunde) abgezogen.

Nach 2 Tagen kam die E-mail, ich soll Fotos über meinen Passport, Kreditkarte schicken.

Ich schickte.

Es war nicht gut, ich wiederholte dreimal. Wieder nicht gut.

Dann kam die E-Mail meine Bestellung ist gelöscht.

Kein Problem, ich muss mein Geld zurückbekommen. Aber es kommt NICHT!

Auf der Homepage schreiben sie über 3-30 Tage. Es ist schon etwa (0.

Ich reklamiere, sie antworten immer damit, dass ich meine Bank fragen soll.

Ich war in meiner Bank, es gab KEIN GELD von Tinysteal!

Ich hoffe, dass die Polzei, oder Gericht hilft.
