Guest Cryptochrome
Hi. I'm quite a geek, but one thing I don't really understand is rooting. I wanted to know whether it's possible to root the Smart Ultra 6, and if so what ROMs work with it.I would also like to ask your opinions. Should I root? Or should I stick with stock android? What ROM should I use? How do I adjust the settings that were enabled by rooting? Thanks.
Guest lunario
there is only stock roms. only 2 vodafone apps cant be uninstalled without root. If you want root i recommend mobilego http://www.wondershare.net/ad/mobilego/all.html?gclid=Cj0KEQjw44exBRCu8vfS_bPEtNoBEiQACrt0061CV_2KE7zHfs5dUj0cYwoO3mpOEZAIsiGAg7uFgnwaAnQS8P8HAQsince most bloatware can be uninstalled rooting is optional. I have most of it uninstalled anyway. The main reason why I want to root is to access the extra settings and for the customisability. Is mobilego a ROM? Or is it simply a software to root your phone? I only really wanted to know what ROMs work on the Smart Ultra 6. :)
