Starting hwtheme from adb shell?

So I messed up somewhere in my build.prop disabling my huawei theme putting it into a bootloop as can be seen here.

Now, I think I can temporarily solve this by manually starting the theme. Problem is, I do not know how. I wonder if there's anyone around who can pinpoint me to the location of the theme program?

I imagine this being similar across all android 4 huawei devices.

Simply flash any rom recovery.. btw its in system...   "/system/build.prop"

And I know it's in build.prop, that's the one I edited
