I'm on Vodafone, andwith hotspot tethering on it connects ok with other devices, but I'mnable to load web at all in other device. It's been back to Vodafone, but they just loaded 5.0 and gave me a "do your updates" letter. So I did, updating it to 5.1.1 again, and tethering no longer worked again.. I read something about sending a command using ADB Chrome to turn it back on, but I can't even get it to 'see' the phone when plugged into a Windows 10 PC.
