Boot image from USB

Hey folks,

Thought I'd get involved with the rooting, installing other OSs etc etc.

This might sound completely and utterly obvious but given the chip is Intel and it runs on Baytrail, has anyone tried booting a bootable ISO from a USB?

I'm currently making one now, however I've seen other people have success on Baytrail Android tablets (no specific model has been mentioned) by using a USB stick, booatable via an ISO installation file plugged in via usb-OTG. I'll play around, see if I can find anything. If anyone has tried this let me know!

Answered my own question, I can only create a bootable USB using NTFS (if using Windows as the OS) and the tablet doesnt recognise NTFS as a filesystem.

Now to try other Linux distros!
