USB /Phone not recognized when I plug it in on Fastboot mode for flashing

So i recently started facing this weird issue with my cooldpad f1 where it would get stuck in the startup screen, so i attempted to flash with a new rom. However, the attached image is where it is stuck. Then i tried to fire up the flash with YGDP, but that did not start up no matter what i did. Any solutions ?

I had the same issue and tried older/newer versions of the Coolpad tool.

To get it running I held in both volume buttons and then the power button to boot to the correct mode, then plugged the phone to the USB
