Hi, I'm interested in your expert opinion. Have a look at the symptoms in this video and let me know whether you think the problem with my Moto G4 is hardware or software related.

Trouble with Motorola Moto G4

I don't want to put myself through the pain of replacing the bootloader and ROM if everybody thinks it's a hardware fault!
