HELP Needed with reflashing a HUDL 1

Operating System constantly crashing so need help with re-flashing the system. Have tried a factory reset without any success, just restarts with no change. The Hudl P/N is HT7S3 and currently running Android version 4.2.2. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
