How to remove the SPV E100 SIM LOCK... PERMANENTLY!

I'm using canary mv 1.09.. i can't seem to get my sim unlocked. it says invalid code @ 66%. can someone help me with this ? thanks! :lol:

You need to have V0.98 bootloader or lower to SIM unlock the phone.

Hi Guys,

Help! I Read all the posts and followed the unlock procedure derscribed. It worked fine. I instered my Virgin SIM which was password protected. I gave it the password and then the code to unlock it.

I powered down the SPV. Then powered up again, and here I am, the screen freezes at the Orange sunset picture. No response from the SPV. It's completely dead! :evil:

I noticed that I had the SD card in when I did the unlock. What has gone wrong? Man, I hope something can be done. May be like re-program the Flash.

Hi guys, pb fixed :)

I had to perform a hard reset of the SPV to unfreeze it:

take battery off and on again

Insert SD card

Start bootloader (power + record button) ... select Erase IPSM

1, Power off the phone

2, Press and hold the record button

3, press the power button

4, After the phone starts to power up release the buttons.

5, You are now in the three colour canary screen

First off you are confusing yourself you are trying to SIM unlock in this

topic, what you need to do as explained in one of your other posts is

to Decert (application unlock) click on OTA for more instructions.

I can read the instructions but when I try and download the tool I get a forbidon error. Can someone email me the unlock tool or point me somewheree else to get it. Thanks

I have a Smartphone E200 and the unlock software because iam in australia and want to use it,now as I started the bootloader a 3 colour display came which written on it:

As I startet the unlock programm following message came from the program:

unexpected answer hideclear 650515 "found a sniffer heh :)"

ERROR hideclear this command is not supported.

So now i dont know what is wrong with it?is the version to new?when yes who i can get an older version?

I do not have any sim cards in the phone i got 1 sim card is but an australian called optus.

So and iam using winxp home.

Pls could somebody help me out?i do not have the orange sim card yet,but i will receive it in about 1 week.Is it important to have a sim card in the phone during the procedure?Or not?Must I have the original one at frst or not important?
